BOARD MEMBER
Paul A. Martin DO, FACOFP, dist., a board certified family physician from Dayton, Ohio, is a recognized leader within the medical profession in Ohio and across the nation. He was the Founding President and Past Board Member of Providence Medical Group, an 80-member independent physician owned and governed multi-specialty physician group in the greater Dayton metropolitan area.
Dr. Martin has served in numerous leadership and governance positions in the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Ohio Osteopathic Association and Ohio Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He has enjoyed a distinguished career with the Grandview/Southview Medical Center in the Kettering Health Network.
Dr. Martin remains closely tied to academic medicine. He serves as a Clinical Professor at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a member of the Adjunct Faculty and the Animal Research Committee at the University of Dayton
He received his B.S. in Biology and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Dayton. He earned his medical degree, cum laude, from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1977. He completed his post-graduate training at Grandview/Southview Medical Center in Dayton.
