Learn About CliniSync
If you want access to patients’ health information in a secure, trusted environment that’s run by a nonprofit, then the CliniSync Health Information Exchange is the place for you. Connect with hospitals, practices, behavioral health, long-term and post-acute care facilities, and other health professionals involved in a patient’s care across Ohio.
Patients automatically are enrolled in the CliniSync Health Information Exchange if they visit a hospital, facility or physician’s office that contributes patient health information to CliniSync. Your doctors and other clinicians can only view your records if you have a treatment relationship with them.
