Step 1: Please download and review the XDR Overview and Tasks document with your technical partners.
Step 2: Assign a Project Manager and networking resource from your organization as well as an EHR Vendor contact to this project.
Step 3: Complete the DIVA form. This form must be notarized. In the form you will see mention of Health Catalyst. Health Catalyst is a technology vendor to CliniSync. CliniSync will provide your completed DIVA to Health Catalyst on your behalf.
