Kyle Duffy


Kyle Duffy joined the Ohio Health Information Partnership as a HIT Support Analyst in May 2019. As a 2015 graduate from the University of Dayton, Kyle received a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the School of Business Administration.

Kyle brings six years of customer service and technical support experience to the Ohio Health Information Partnership. His experience is derived from working as a Consulting Team Member at Triad Technologies and as a Technical Solution Analyst at Cerner Corporation in Kansas City. While working in these positions Kyle fine-tuned his ability to be a liaison between upper management and software users when communicating high level technological terminology, provide functional and technical expertise of healthcare software, maintain a highly satisfied customer service rating, and troubleshoot service records.

While working at CliniSync, Kyle hopes to continue his “IT career in an environment where there is growth and collaboration” and “to improve his technological skill set to become a more well-rounded professional.”
