Phil joined the CliniSync team in January 2023. He brings skills in strategic growth, productivity management, professional development, and effective advocacy at both state and federal levels of government. Most recently, he was a member of the State of Ohio Pandemic Response Team, serving as a senior advisor at the Ohio Department of Health. Prior to his pandemic work, Phil served as President & CEO of Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, OH. He is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Hospital Association. Phil holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from The Florida State University in addition to multiple Executive Education Certifications from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
