In his previous roles as a Customer Success and Logistics Manager at Crocodile Cloth in Columbus, Ohio, and as a Customer Support Specialist at Midwest Tape in Holland, Ohio, he gained extensive experience in customer service by leading teams in day-to-day business operations by generating usage reports for applications and managing budgeting solutions.
