HIT SUPPORT AGENT
Steve Quintana joined the CliniSync team in March 2022 as an HIT Support Agent. Prior to beginning his career with CliniSync, Steve was a caregiver with Amanda Senior Care in Orange County, California. In this role, he focused on providing quality companionship to clients by adhering to predetermined guidelines and schedules set by the client’s family. Through this practice, aided by his personal and social skills, he successfully saw that his clients maintained their sense of self and individuality. Steve holds a Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera and is extremely optimistic about his future in Health IT. “I am motivated by the knowledge that the work I do with CliniSync positively impacts the quality of care that communities around me receive,” he says.
